Stack’s Stacks Brew Day
One of our club members brewing his Stack’s Stacks maple coffee stout, which was released at Scorpion Brewing in January 2021.
Group Saison Brew Day
A look inside one of our mash tuns during a group brew day. Different members individually mashed a saison, which was then combined into a single fermenter. This was then released by Scorpion Brewing as a Mother’s Day Saison, and also as a smaller variant fermented with tart cherry juice.
